After driving my Kindergarten teacher crazy, she also saw potential for me to use my gifts. She told my mom, “I truly believe Kevin will end up being a famous lawyer, preacher, or politician.”

My 8th grade teacher, Margaret Wingate, changed the trajectory of my life. She was one of my favorite teachers, but I didn’t excel in her class because I didn’t apply myself. On a report I wrote for her class, she wrote, “Kevin, if you ever get to the point where you realize your full potential and actually apply yourself, there will be no stopping you.”

In my time as a student at the University of Georgia, I had opportunity to lead UGA HEROs- a charity that helps children affected by HIV/AIDS. After a record-breaking fundraising year, I was chosen to represent my entire class as the student commencement speaker.

Having never left the country, my best friend convinced me to spend 100 days in Africa, traveling from Kenya to Cape Town over land. It opened my eyes to all that can be learned from exploring the world. Out of this experience, I helped start Global LEAD with 3 other friends.

ADDO, Latin for Inspire, was created with the bold vision to Inspire People Today to Impact Tomorrow. 

In July we launched our Landmark Leadership Event, hosted by legendary leaders including Senator Johnny Isakson, Dr. Betty Siegel, Dr. Ike Reighard, and Coach Vince Dooley. We followed that with our inaugural trip to Cuba, the first of more than 15 ADDO Ambassador trips abroad.

ADDO was recognized as the #1 New Company of the Year at the World Showcase and Governor's International Awards.

ADDO launched Chick-fil-A Leader Academy, piloting in 3 schools in Cobb County, Georgia. The program is now in more than 1,200 schools across 43 states.

ADDO’s expertise expands into new, innovative projects, launching consulting services. The catalyst: a leadership development program for a Saudi-based global restaurant holding company, in addition to partnering on a new customer care strategy for Chick-fil-A.

For consecutive years, ADDO is named #1 on Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Best Places to Work list, recognizing the intentionality behind ADDO’s culture.

ADDO launched Coca-Cola Leader Lab, an innovative approach to leadership development. The program for frontline foodservice professionals made headlines, including a finalist for the Webby Award.
